Fast-food bargains are popping up everywhere.

In October, Wendy's came out with the 4 for $4 value meal, attempting to court customers looking for a big meal for a small price. 

Recently, McDonald’s rolled out the McPick 2 menu, which gives customers a choice of two out of four value items for $2. 

Burger King has answered with its 5 for $4 promotion, a five-item meal for only $4.

The glut of promotions indicates that despite lower gas prices and signs of an improving economy, customers are still demanding deep discounts from fast-food chains.

We've evaluated value-meal promotions from Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's to discover which provides customers with the best option.

The arena of the fast-food wars is crowded: McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's have each recently debuted limited-time value menus in order to draw in customers.



In an attempt to drum up sales and attention, Wendy's tipped the fast-food bargain battle in October with a combination value meal that includes four set items for $4.



The meal is average and includes a junior bacon cheeseburger, four chicken nuggets, small fries, and a drink. The most choice customers have with this deal is the drink option.
